The entire site and building are meticulously designed according to Vaastu principles, blending contemporary design with traditional elements. The use of Raj Green and Khareda Buff stones gives the exterior an elegant, Indian-inspired appearance.

The pool, located in the North-East section of the site, spans approximately 100 square meters and is directly accessible from the building’s courtyard. The pool and its deck are finished in Raj Green sandstone, with changing rooms and open shower facilities nearby. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped with Mogra, Zephranthus Orange, and Heliconia, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.
