AA Visiting School in collaboration with Istanbul Bilgi University, organised a unique learning program to build on its expertise on generative design methodologies and large scale prototyping techniques. various lectures and seminars were conducted to impart the software knowledge as well as design charrettes were also conducted in the first phase, which concluded in group presentations. The second phase mainly concentrated on fabricating the 4-metre long concrete bench after finalising the design.

Generative Algorithm, Wallacei developed by Milad Showkatbaksh was used to optimise design and the location of rods. 6-Axis Kuka Robot was used to bend the threaded rods for the base framework, which was afterwards drapes with glass fiber mesh. The framework was made in four parts to enable easy concrete spraying, which was done in collaboration with Fibrobeton Yapi.
